Sankalp Wadhwa is a CMA – Cost and Management Accountant, equivalent to the US CMA (IMA); CA – Chartered Accountant, equivalent to the US CPA; QuickBooks Certified Professional and SAP certified consultant, with more than 15 years of experience in finance, cost management and ERP consulting. This includes 7 years in core accounting, 6 years in auditing, and 2 years as an SAP consultant and key user. He also holds an Executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
He is a Partner at CWC India — a 50+ member professional services firm established in 2001, with 100+ clients globally, and recognized as one of India's leading firms in Cost Management Accounting. The firm also provides global accounting services across multiple geographies. Sankalp also heads MyABCM India, the firm's strategic partnership bringing MyABCM's global Cost and Profitability Management software to the Indian territory.
He has international experience working with clients across US/Canada, Europe, the UK, Dubai, Brazil, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and Australia/NZ/Fiji, and has worked with global brands including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and PepsiCo India.
Accounting Expertise
In core accounting and auditing, he has overseen the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements for clients across various industries, developed and implemented accounting processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, and has prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends. He has extensive experience working with U.S. GAAP and collaborates closely with U.S.-based CPAs to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance, and is familiar with U.S. sales tax processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Cost Management & ERP Expertise
Sankalp specializes in designing and implementing end-to-end cost management systems, such as Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analytics (CO-PA) and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) systems. He has also led SAP FICO and SAP CO implementations for clients including IIFCL, PepsiCo India, and Diverse Infotech, and is experienced across QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo, and ERPNext. His goal is to help organizations improve decision-making through structured system processes, data accuracy, and process transparency all within the SAP ecosystem.

He holds a B.Com. and is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA) and Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), with a DISA qualification. He is also a Certified SAP-CO Consultant, and has completed the Executive Programme in Management & Finance at IIM Ahmedabad.
